By using this site or scheduling service with United States Home Services, you agree to the terms described below.

Service estimates

All quotes are written, flat-rate, and provided after on-site inspection. Phone or online estimates are approximate; final pricing requires diagnostic.

Workmanship warranty

Workmanship is warranted for one year minimum on all repairs and installations unless a longer warranty is specifically documented. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are governed by their own terms.

Membership

Advantage Club membership is billed monthly. Cancel any time — previously rendered services and discounts are not refundable.

Text messages (SMS)

Programme. United States Home Services sends text messages about appointment scheduling, reminders and service updates to customers who opt in, and about applications, interview scheduling and reminders to people who apply for a job with us. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts.

Opting in. You opt in by ticking the text-message consent box when you schedule service or submit a job application, and by providing your own mobile number. Consent is never a condition of purchase or of employment — you can decline and we will contact you by phone or email instead.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your appointment or application. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP, or call the office number on our contact page, for help.

Carriers and privacy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — see our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during service unless caused by our work.
