What we collect

When you schedule a visit or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, address, and any details you share about the service you need. We use this information solely to schedule and complete your service.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about appointments, and (with your consent) send occasional offers or maintenance reminders. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

We send text messages only to people who have asked us to — customers who opt in when scheduling service, and job applicants who opt in on our application form. Messages cover appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, and, for applicants, interview scheduling and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that operate our systems on our behalf — scheduling, dispatch, hiring, and message delivery — and only so they can perform that service for us. We do not sell your information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
